Patients4you uses a call forwarding service that directly connects potential patients to your office. The call forwarding service allows us to capture pertinent information about the call, such as caller ID, date and time of call, caller name and duration of call.

What are the advantages of recording phone calls?
First and foremost, it allows you to track all leads generated and determine whether or not they became a new patient. This lets you know how effective our marketing service is. Also, the recorded call can be used by your practice for quality assurance purposes and for training your front desk staff on how to handle calls from potential new patients.

How do you track leads and patients?
Patients will call a local phone number that is directly forwarded to your office. These calls will be recorded by our call tracking system. At the end of each month Patients4you will send you a patient report with each patient name and schedule date. If any of the patients did not show for their appointment, just let us know by fax or email and you will not be charged for them!

Do you require a long term contract?
NO! You may stop using our Program at any time for any reason. Try our program... and if for some reason you are not pleased with our service, you may cancel the agreement without penalties.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel the agreement at any time for any reason. There are NO cancellation fees or penalties.
